In 2003 CLEAT entered into a preferred
partnership program with Sandy Haley, now with Southwest Funding, a
Texas residential mortgage company. Since then Sandy has worked to
provide CLEAT members the most innovative, low-interest and “pain
free” mortgage loans available. In addition, Sandy has been a
dedicated supporter of the Peace Officers Memorial Foundation (POMF).
With many years experience in real estate
lending, Sandy has originated and closed more than 800 loans for
police officers in the Dallas area and no one in the industry is more
acutely aware of the special needs of law enforcement. Since 2003,
CLEAT members from across the state have utilized her service. With
more than 200 investors to choose from, every loan is tailor-made to
fit the needs of each borrower. “I believe that education is the key
to a smooth and successful mortgage loan process,” says Sandy, “it
takes the fear out of your largest financial transaction during most
officers lifetime.”
Sandy’s services are available to all CLEAT
members and their extended families. A CLEAT member can call her any
time with any question regarding real estate or mortgage lending. Even
if you are short of funds or don’t have perfect credit, Sandy believes
she may be able to help you make it work. She wants to handle the

every home in between. Her main objective is to support you, your
family and the Peace Officers Memorial Foundation.
