The foundation hosts annual memorial ceremonies on the grounds of the State Capitol Complex in Austin. 

During odd numbered years, when the legislature is in session, the foundation hosts  both a candlelight vigil in the evening and a memorial ceremony on the following day. 

During even numbered years, a memorial ceremony is held at the conclusion of the annual Ride for the Fallen. 

The service this year will be held on May 3, 2008, at 4:00 pm at  the Texas Peace Officers Memorial.
